1. Who we are
BistroGO ("BistroGO", "we", "us") is software provided by Vebi Fejzuli, s. Cajle BB, 1230 Gostivar, North Macedonia. Vebi Fejzuli is a private individual and sells BistroGO in his own name; BistroGO is not a registered company.
Contact: info@bistrogo.app, phone and WhatsApp +389 72 693 298.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every purchase of a BistroGO subscription and to every use of the BistroGO software and the website bistrogo.app. By buying a subscription or using the software you accept these Terms.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle.com provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns and refunds.
When you pay, you also accept Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Paddle issues your invoice, collects any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country, and processes your payment. We never receive or store your card details.
3. The service
BistroGO is restaurant point-of-sale software. Depending on the plan it includes a register application for Windows, Android apps for waiters, kitchen displays and owners, QR ordering at the table, reports, and an optional daily cloud backup.
You do not buy the software. You buy a time-limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for one venue (one restaurant, café or bar at one address) for as long as your subscription is paid. The features of each plan are described on the pricing section of our website at the time of purchase.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) per venue on our website. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country; the final price is always shown before you pay.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or yearly. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price then in force until you cancel. If we change a price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal; you can cancel before then.
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may try again. If the payment is still not made, we may limit the software to reports only until the subscription is paid.
5. Free demo and trial
We may offer a free demo or a free trial period. A trial ends automatically. To keep using the software after the trial you need a paid subscription; we will never charge you for a trial without your consent at checkout.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, through the link in your Paddle receipt email or by writing to info@bistrogo.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: a monthly plan runs until the end of the month you paid for, a yearly plan until the end of the year you paid for. No further payments are taken after that.
7. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription. Details are in our Refund Policy at https://bistrogo.app/en/refund. Refunds are paid out by Paddle.com to the original payment method.
8. Licence and fair use
Each licence is bound to the register PC on which it was activated. If you change the PC, contact us and we move the licence and your data to the new PC.
You may not copy, resell, rent or sublicense the software; remove or bypass the licence check; decompile or reverse-engineer it, except where the law expressly allows this; or use it for anything unlawful.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your licence after telling you in writing. If you are clearly not at fault, we will refund the unused part of your subscription.
9. Your data
All data you enter (menu, orders, staff, payments, reports) belongs to you. It is stored on your own register PC. If you use the cloud backup or the owner view, a copy is stored with our hosting provider Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany.
You can export your menu, orders and reports as CSV files at any time. After your subscription ends we keep your cloud backup for 30 days so you can come back, then we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your register PC working and for your own backups of data that is only stored locally.
10. Tax, fiscal and legal duties of the venue
BistroGO is a tool. You remain responsible for complying with the tax, fiscal, receipt and bookkeeping rules of your country, including registering and operating any fiscal printer or fiscal security device that the law requires, and for checking that the tax rates set in the software are correct for your products.
11. Availability and support
The register, waiter and kitchen apps work on your local network without internet. Cloud features (backup, owner view, QR ordering, licence check) need an internet connection and depend on third-party hosting. We work to keep them available but cannot promise that they will never be interrupted.
We provide support by WhatsApp and email in English, Macedonian, Albanian and German, on working days. The Enterprise plan includes priority support and remote setup.
We may update the software to fix errors, improve it or follow new laws. Updates will not remove core features of your paid plan during a period you have already paid for.
12. Liability
We provide the software with reasonable care. Our total liability for any claim connected with BistroGO is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data that could have been avoided by normal backups.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We tell existing customers about important changes by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
14. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. For businesses, the courts competent for Gostivar, North Macedonia have jurisdiction. Consumers may also bring a claim in the courts of their country of residence.
Please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly by WhatsApp or email.
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. If these Terms are shown in a translation, the English version prevails.
