Who we are
This site, bistrogo.app, is run by BistroGO from North Macedonia. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by email; both are listed at the bottom of this page.
What this site collects
This site has no forms, no accounts and no advertising cookies. When you visit, our host Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
When you contact us
If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we use your name, number or address and your message only to answer you and, if you become a customer, to provide the service. WhatsApp is run by Meta; their own privacy policy applies to the chat.
Data inside BistroGO
The data of your restaurant (menu, orders, staff, payments) is stored on your own register PC. The optional cloud backup and owner view are stored with Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany. We process this data only on your behalf to provide the service, and delete it after the contract ends unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country; in North Macedonia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency (azlp.mk).
